Delivery Charges
- UK Standard Delivery £4.00(2nd class signed for Royal Mail).
- UK Orders over £100-FREE.
- Click and Collect in Store FREE.
- For all other destinations and options please contact Well Heeled Boutique for a quotation.
Dispatch
Once payment is received, orders are normally dispatched the next working day.
If there is a problem with your order preventing us from dispatching, we will contact you within 24 hours of the order being received by us.
We are unable to cancel your order once it has been dispatched.
Please note that whilst stock levels are live with our boutique, all items are subject to availability.
We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by our appointed courier.
Delivery
Free and standard deliveries are made via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for, and should arrive within 5 working days of despatch.
Click and Collect in Store
Well Heeled Boutique also provides a collect in store option. Orders can be collected from the Thirsk store only. Your order will be ready to collect two hours after it is placed (during store opening hours). If you require this option please use it at check out.
