Every piece on the rails at Well Heeled was chosen by someone who works in the shop, based on what they've seen actually fit and get worn, not by a national buying team working from sales data three sizes removed from the customer. If something doesn't sell well, we hear about it directly and change what we buy next.

That's a slower, smaller way of running a clothes shop, and it's the reason the range looks different from what you'd find on a high street chain rail: fewer pieces, but each one there on purpose.
